Ivo Garofalo Scholarship

Application Deadline has been extended to April 30, 2010.

Some important changes have been made to our scholarship.

This scholarship honors Ivo Garofalo, a founding member of the Kiwanis Club of Kenosha Breakfast, in recognition of his tireless work to make Kenosha a better place to live, and in response to the generosity of an anonymous donor who funds the Club’s smoke detector distribution program for Kenosha County.

Applicant must:

1. Be a resident of Kenosha County

2. Be a student with a documented disability

3. Be a high school senior, graduating from a Kenosha County high school with a minimum 3.0 cumulative gpa

4. Be accepted as a full¬time student at an accredited institution of higher education

5. Maintain at least a 2.25 gpa after the first term in order for the scholarship to be renewed for the next term, until the first calendar year is ended and the scholarship exhausted

Members or relatives of members of the Kiwanis Club of Kenosha Breakfast are not eligible for the scholarship.
